Barbara Calza graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Milan in 1993 and in the same year started her professional activity with the Firm where she was made a partner in 2000, after several stages abroad.
Her practice is mainly focused on corporate law, specialising in domestic and cross border M&A, with particular reference to acquisitions and dispositions of shares and assets, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
She has also gained experience in the real estate area and in the retail regulatory laws in assisting an important client of the firm active in the retail sector.
She finally renders her assistance in commercial contracts and relevant negotiations.
