Giuseppe Cristiano obtained a first class degree in Law at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS) of Rome in 1994. As a participant to the European ERASMUS Program, he spent two terms at the University of Essex, Colchester, England. Immediately after his graduation, Giuseppe Cristiano obtained a LL. M. Degree in European Business Law at the Katholieke Universiteit of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Having completed his traineeship, Giuseppe joined the Firm in 1998. In 1999 Giuseppe participated to the European Young Lawyers Scheme, a programme sponsored by the British Council. During his stay in London, Giuseppe worked with a City firm, Stephenson Harwood, for nine months, where he dealt with funds and financial services. In 2000 Giuseppe rejoined the Firm and became partner in 2003. In 2002, Giuseppe had also qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, in England and Wales. Giuseppe Cristiano mainly deals with Mergers & Acquisition, leverage finance, acquisition finance, reorganisation and group restructuring, both
of a national and international breadth. Giuseppe is also active in banking, finance and securities both under the contractual and the regulatory prospective. Giuseppe leads a team specialising in his vocational areas and related litigation. Foreign Languages: English, Spanish, notions of French. |
