Silvia Doria graduated in Law at Milan State University in 1995. She first gained experience with a law firm specialized in commercial and company law matters, being in charge of civil and administrative litigation. She joined our firm in 2000 and became a partner in January 2008.
Silvia Doria's work is mainly concentrated on private international law, domestic and cross border commercial litigation, intellectual property (trademarks and patents) - in particular pharmaceutical patents - and unfair competition. She has experience of forensic economics, conducting litigation on compensation of damages, collaborating with top economists on the matter. She coordinates strategies in complex multi-jurisdiction and multidisciplinary litigations.
Her clients are principally Italian and foreign multi-national companies.
Silvia Doria regularly collaborates with one of the most widely distributed legal periodicals, on matters of civil and company procedural law.
