Bridget Ellison gained a degree in Modern Languages at the University of Liverpool in 1973. From 1973 to 1978 she studied Law at the University of London and worked with the Notarial firm of John Venn & Sons, one of the five historical London notarial firms, and was admitted as a Notary Public in 1978. She is a member of the Worshipful Company of Scriveners and the Society of Public Notaries of London. During the same period she undertook some stages with De Berti Jacchia and with an important Milan Notary's office. She came to work for the firm on a permanent basis in 1978, and became a partner in 1994. The principal areas of activity of Bridget Ellison are company and contract law, while she also dedicates time to real property, succession and trusts matters. Bridget Ellison has assisted multinational groups, both Italian and foreign, in various fields of business in relation to joint ventures, all kinds of corporate transactions and contracts in general.
