Massimiliano Gazzo graduated in Economics and Business in 1991 from the University of Catania and obtained a Master in Tax Law (Milan, 1993).
His professional experience began in 1993 at "Studio Associato di Consulenza Tributaria e Legale" in Milano member firm of KPMG network where he practiced tax law as associate.
From 1998 to 2001 he joined as Senior associate the Tax Planning Department of "Studio Legale Tributario" associated with Ernst&Young where he specialized in international tax advice and on corporate reorganizations (both domestic and international).
In September 2001 he co-founded Studio Legale Tributario GEB Partners where he was in charge of M&A, Transfer pricing and Financial planning Units assisting large Italian and foreign multinationals in M&A transactions and in the redefinition of their supply chain.
Since 2004 he has been in charge of the Tax Unit of De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani Law Firm.
He is a frequent speaker at seminars and conventions on international tax law, fiscal planning and corporate restructuring and he has published various articles and papers on fiscal matters both in national and international reviews.
