
Camilla is involved in industrial law, competition and IT, providing assistance to national and foreign clients in the protection and enforcement of their intangible assets, both in pre-litigation phases and in the context of civil and administrative disputes before Italian Courts and IP offices.
Camilla’s activity focuses on Intellectual Property, encompassing all the fields of IP protection, in particular trademarks, copyright, patents (including regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical patents), designs, domain names and know-how, as well as advertising.
She assists companies in considerable number of cases of counterfeiting and unfair competition, online and offline, with specific experience in brand protection, in solving problems concerning selective distribution systems and relations with consumers, gaining a knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion.
Over the years, Camilla has focused on digital communications and influencer marketing.
In 2021 she completed a Master in Fashion Law organized by Sole 24Ore – Business School.
