Giacomo Vacca, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2021. He previously worked in the Intellectual Property&Technology department at the Milan office of DLA Piper.
Giacomo provides assistance in all the main fields of IP protection, covering trademarks, patents (including regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical patents), designs, copyright, domain names and trade secrets.
Prior to joining the firm, Giacomo graduated from Bocconi University and attended a semester abroad at the Esade University in Barcelona. During his academic years, he represented Bocconi University in the VIS Moot, a worldwide competition of international commercial arbitration, and currently coaches the Bocconi University Vis Moot Team.
