Giulietta is involved in consultancy activities on commercial contracts, pre-litigation and litigation, as well as private international law matters.

Over the years, Giulietta has developed a strong passion for the ‘digital world’, training and specializing in information and digital communication law and personal data protection.

She assists mainly corporate entities, including international ones, from the business assessment phase, to the draft of commercial contracts and to the completion of regulatory forms up to the pathological phase of the business, dealing with all aspects of litigation.

Giulietta is part of Legal Hackers, a global movement of lawyers, policy makers, designers, technologists and academics exploring and developing creative solutions to issues arising from the intersection of law and technology.

She is passionate about artificial intelligence and blockchain and holds certifications such as “Certified Blockchain & Law Professional” issued by the Blockchain Council.

She assists start-ups and SMEs in the implementation of these systems with the related legal aspects.
