<p>Among the topics covered, they explored the legal requirements set out in Legislative Decree 219/2006, the role and positioning of the Qualified Person within a company, contractual and salary classification, liability profiles, and confidentiality obligations.</p>
<p>The session also focused on the specific risks associated with the role, civil and criminal liabilities, the means and financial resources the employer must provide to the Qualified Person, possible insurance obligations, and briefly touched on industrial property and confidentiality duties.</p>
<p>It was an insightful opportunity for professional development on a strategic topic that allows us to offer clients increasingly thorough and timely assistance.</p>
