Indutrade AB, an international industrial and technology group listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm and operating through more than 220 companies across Europe, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of CAT Ricambi S.r.l., a company based in Modena and active in the automotive aftermarket segment.
CAT Ricambi operates in the distribution of original spare parts and components for Italian, French, Japanese, and Korean car brands in the Italian market, generating approximately €30 million in annual revenues and employing 38 people.
The transaction strengthens Indutrade Group’s presence in Northern Italy and further consolidates the Group’s Industrial & Engineering cluster in the automotive sector.
Law firm De Berti Jacchia, with a team composed of attorneys Marco Frazzica and Giuseppina Zoccali, assisted Indutrade AB in the transaction, advising on all phases of the negotiation and execution.
The transaction represents the third acquisition within Indutrade’s Italian expansion strategy.
