
Pasquale Mosella is a partner at De Berti Jacchia and practises in the areas of banking and finance law, insolvency and debt restructuring.
He focuses primarily on innovative structures requiring a combination of skills across lending, structured finance, NPLs/UTPs and special situations/turnaround.
He regularly assists Italian and international banks, investment funds, servicers and debtor companies in real estate finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance and corporate lending transactions, as well as in turnaround and special situation contexts, including negotiated crisis compositions, certified recovery plans, moratorium agreements, debt restructuring agreements and composition with creditors (concordato preventivo).
He also has extensive experience in structuring securitisation transactions, including real estate securitisations, as well as in the acquisition and disposal of receivables portfolios and single-name exposures.
Prior to joining the Firm, he gained more than a decade of experience at leading Italian and international law firms in Rome, Milan and London.
Pasquale is a former student of the Scuola Militare Nunziatella in Naples.
