«Nel giugno scorso», continua Giovanna Bagnardi, partner di De Berti Jacchia «è entrato in vigore il D.Lgs. 63/2018, di attuazione della Direttiva (Ue) 2016/943 sulla protezione dei segreti commerciali, che ha modificato il codice della proprietà industriale e il codice penale nell’ottica di rafforzare la tutela dei segreti commerciali». Meno recente ma altrettanto importante è stato il decreto patent box, «che nell’ambito del regime opzionale di tassazione per i redditi derivanti dall’utilizzo di beni protetti da diritti di proprietà intellettuale, con l’eccezione dei marchi d’impresa, prevede agevolazioni specifiche per le pmi»…
