Federica works with the Administrative Law and Public Procurement Department.

She provides out-of-court legal assistance, drafting legal opinions and advising on regulatory and administrative law matters within the framework of extraordinary corporate transactions.

She earned her Law Degree in 2025 from the University of Naples Federico II, defending a thesis in Constitutional Procedural Law on democracy in Poland.

During her academic career, she represented the University at the Jessup Moot Court Competition, focusing on public international law.

She provides assistance especially in out-of-court matters, drafting opinions and collaborating on the assessment of regulatory and administrative law aspects in extraordinary transactions.
