We assist our clients at every stage of the disputes entrusted to us, both ordinary and urgent, from the collection and review of documentation, to the assessment of litigation strategy, through to the litigation itself and, where appropriate, the enforcement of the resulting measures.

We have historically devoted particular attention to alternative dispute resolution tools whenever they are suitable to serve the client’s interests within optimal timeframes.
