We provide advice in the negotiation, drafting and performance of transport, freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing, hire and charter contracts, as well as in transactions involving the purchase, sale, construction, financing and leasing of ships, yachts and aircraft.

We assist clients in transactions concerning ports, port terminals, airport and maritime infrastructures, with respect to the related concession, regulatory and authorisation aspects, as well as in the management of transport activities, supply chains and integrated logistics services.

We also deal with insurance law, civil and product liability, claims management, damage to property, passengers and cargo, environmental damage and the safety of transport activities.

Our work also includes customs law, excise duties, transport taxation, VAT in international transactions, employment law in the maritime and aviation sectors, competition law and EU legislation and sector-specific regulations.

Finally, we assist clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to transport, insurance and logistics, as well as in extraordinary transactions and restructuring and insolvency proceedings involving operators in the sector.
