On 20 January, in Shenzhen, our Diego Conte took part as a speaker in the conference “Invest in Italy: Cultivate Your Future and Unlock the Opportunities in Italy”, organised by the Fondazione Italia Cina.
Our Firm was pleased to collaborate in the organisation of the event, together with Beijing Yingke Law Firm – Shenzhen Branch and the Shenzhen Sino-European Center, under the guidance of the Justice Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and with the support of the Shenzhen Futian District Development and Reform Bureau and the Shenzhen Futian District Investment Promotion Bureau.
During the conference, Diego delivered a presentation entitled “Navigating Italian Tax Compliance“, focusing on key aspects of Italian tax compliance relevant to Chinese companies interested in investing in Italy and, more broadly, within the European Union.
The event builds on the path initiated with the “2025 China (Shenzhen Futian) – Italy (Milan) Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Event” held last September and represents a further step in strengthening economic and trade cooperation between Shenzhen and Italy, as well as in promoting Italy as a strategic destination for investment by Chinese companies.
