On ItaliaOggi, an article by Antonio Ranalli explores how artificial intelligence is transforming the legal sector, not only through the adoption of new technological tools, but also by reshaping workflows, law firm organisation and the value of professional legal advice.

How can AI be effectively integrated into a law firm's daily operations while ensuring confidentiality, reliability and quality of work?

Among the professionals interviewed, our Michelangelo Cicogna shared De Berti Jacchia's approach to the use of artificial intelligence, outlining the criteria guiding the selection of AI tools, their applications across different legal activities and the importance of human oversight.

"At our firm, we have one non-negotiable rule: AI-generated output is a draft, never legal advice. Every piece of content is reviewed by a professional, who takes responsibility for it. This is why our primary investment is not in software licences, but in training," explains Cicogna.
