DE BERTI JACCHIA WITH ANDION IN THE ACQUISITION OF AN OPERATING BIOMETHANE PLANT FROM EGEA NEW ENERGY, A COMPANY PARTICIPATED BY THE IREN GROUP

De Berti Jacchia assisted, respectively, Egea New Energy S.p.A., a company of the Iren Group, and S.A.R. S.r.l., as sellers, and Biomethanbrown Cremona 1 S.p.A. (a company of the Andion Group), as purchaser, in the transfer of the entire share capital of Biometano Cella Dati S.r.l., owner of a biomethane plant located in the Municipality of Cella Dati with a capacity of 4.2 m³.
