WHAT WE DO

We assist clients on all aspects of employment law, industrial relations and social security, both in the ordinary management of human resources and in connection with corporate transactions and business reorganisations.

We provide advice in relation to acquisitions, mergers and demergers, trade union consultations in connection with business transfers, the hiring of personnel in Italy and abroad, business reorganisations, reductions in activity, the activation of social safety net measures and the management of individual and collective redundancies, secondments, service contracts and delegations of functions.

We also assist clients in drafting employment and self-employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete and retention agreements, company policies and procedures, internal regulations, company-level collective agreements and welfare plans.

We represent clients in conciliation proceedings, arbitrations and employment and social security disputes, both individual and collective, including before the Higher Courts.

Finally, our work includes advice on occupational health and safety, as well as tax and personal data protection aspects connected with the management of human resources.
