Alice Piattelli has been an Associate at De Berti Jacchia since 2025. She primarily focuses on commercial and corporate law, as well as M&A, with particular emphasis on extraordinary transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, and corporate reorganizations for international groups. She also supports the litigation department in civil, commercial, and corporate matters.

She obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in February 2024. During her academic career, she was a member of the legal department of the Junior Enterprise of Università Cattolica (JECatt) and further completed her training through an experience at a U.S. law firm.

He specializes in corporate and group taxation, with a strong command of both Italian (OIC) and international (IAS/IFRS) accounting standards. He has also developed significant expertise in the financial sector, with particular reference to asset management companies (SGR) and factoring companies.

Nicola advises international groups with subsidiaries or permanent establishments in Italy on direct and indirect tax matters, both in the ordinary course of business and in the context of extraordinary transactions, as well as on accounting and financial reporting.

He has acquired in-depth knowledge of multiple industry sectors, including industrial products and equipment, renewable energy, consumer goods, telecommunications, food & beverage, fashion, mechanical engineering and financial services (SGR and factoring).
