Federico joined De Berti Jacchia in September 2025, where he practises in commercial and corporate law. He advises Italian and international clients on their day-to-day business activities, with a particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, as well as on M&A transactions, including corporate reorganisations and cross-border deals.

Drawing on his Italian-Swedish background, he also assists clients on transactions between Italy and Sweden, supporting them in the structuring and execution of cross-border projects and operations. He is also a member of Assosvezia (Italian-Swedish Chamber of Commerce).
