He is a transactional corporate M&A lawyer with more than 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries, particularly chemicals, manufacturing, energy and environmental matters.
He has successfully completed numerous corporate transactions, including multi-jurisdictional acquisitions involving the coordination of domestic and international teams, corporate mergers and group reorganisations, as well as investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements. His clients are market leaders operating worldwide.
He also advises on industrial redevelopment projects, decommissioning agreements, development and construction projects for renewable energy facilities, as well as environmental agreements and indemnity arrangements relating to environmental liabilities in connection with acquisitions of companies, businesses and industrial sites.
Guido has extensive experience in the remediation of contaminated sites affected by both historical and current pollution, and regularly assists clients on environmental compliance matters.
