Pietro Maria Meda has been a partner at De Berti Jacchia since 2024.
He is Supreme Court lawyer with over twenty years of experience, he advises Italian and international companies — including public companies — in corporate and commercial matters as well as extraordinary transactions, combining hid strategic advisory expertise with a solid litigation experience.

He is particularly active in M&A transactions and corporate advisory in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, as well as in real estate, media and entertainment, automotive, and e-sports industries.
His practice also corporate and commercial litigation, where he usually represents clients in high-stakes disputes, including those relating to directors’ liability, shareholder relations, and extraordinary transactions.

Pietro also holds several institutional and corporate positions: he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of EICMA S.p.A. – International Motorcycle and Bicycle Exhibition, Vice President of the Automobile Club Milano (ACM), and a member of the Boards of Directors of Immobiliare Automobile Club Milano S.p.A. and ACM Servizi Assicurativi S.p.A. He also serves as Vice President of the Executive Committee of IT-Ex – Italian Association of International Trade Fairs.
