Gennaro Paone is an Italian lawyer, associate at De Berti Jacchia, Milan. His practice mainly focuses on domestic and international commercial arbitration. Gennaro represents clients in arbitral proceedings as well as in several court proceedings, including arbitration-related proceedings.
He serves as arbitrator and secretary in ad-hoc and administered arbitrations, including cases under the the ICC Arbitration Rules, the Arbitration Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
