Giuseppina Zoccali, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2005 and before then worked at Ughi e Nunziante and Mondini Rusconi.
Giuseppina has been practising for more than fifteen years in the area of corporate and commercial law, with special focus on distribution agreements, cooperation agreements, commercial transactions in general and corporate group reorganizations. In the recent years she has been assisting leading international groups in complex business restructurings involving different jurisdictions.
Giuseppina has developed an in-depth knowledge of the industry sectors of the clients (leading Swedish groups) she has been assisting for many years, including in particular automotive and industrial components.
Giuseppina co-operates, on behalf of De Berti Jacchia, with Assosvezia (the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Italy) as member of internal working group.
Assisting, as part of a Team, a Swedish multinational, leading global supplier of equipment and tools, services and technical solutions for the mining industry in creating a mixed network of agents and dealers throughout the Middle East (including inter alia Saudi Arabia, Israel, Lebanon, Bahrain, Egypt, Dubai, Malta). This included initial contract drafting, selection of local attorneys, supervision of locally drafted/reviewed documents and full assistance to the client in negotiations with the prospective agents and dealers.
Assisting, as part of a Team, a Swedish multinational, leading global supplier of equipment and tools, services and technical solutions for the mining industry in the negotiation of a complex supply service agreement with a leading Italian manufacturer of automotive components.
Assisted, as part of a Team, a fully integrated company producing, processing and selling high quality Atlantic salmon and Rainbow trout world-wide in the setting up of an Italian company owned in joint venture with an Italian entrepreneur active in the fishing farm business and, afterwards, assisted the same in the sale of said participation.
