Armando Ambrosio is a partner of De Berti Jacchia and Co-Head of the Digital Team within the firm. Prior to joining De Berti Jacchia, he worked for primary international law firms in London, New York and Luxembourg.

Armando provides legal advice and assistance to companies in the field of international commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, AI and new technologies law. In particular, he assists start ups and innovative SMEs in the development of projects related to new technologies, as well as in the implementation of AI compliance programs.

Armando is specialized in cross-border transactions with particular focus on Russia and CIS countries.

Lecturer and expert consultant in legal aspects of new technologies for public entities and private organizations. Frequent speaker at conferences, seminars and webinars on AI literacy and other topics related to legal aspects of AI, blockchain, smart contracts and digital assets.

Armando is the author of numerous articles and interviews both in national and international magazines and newspapers.

He is the head of the AI Act Committee in ASLA, member of AI Officer Working Group in AIRIA, member of the Innovation Committee of the Bar Association of Milano, member of the AI and New Technologies Committee in Italawyers.

Armando is a member of the Pro-Bono Committee of the International Trade Center in Geneva responsible for drafting standards of international model contracts for SMEs.

Armando is a qualified mediator for civil and commercial disputes in Belgium.
